Terms of Service
The service
VXBER gives you an AI chat personality for your own Twitch channel and a private dashboard about your community. It is beta software provided as-is: things may break, change, or be unavailable, and features may be added or removed while we build.
Your account
Access is by invite. Your access key is yours alone — keep it secret, and tell us if you think it leaked so we can rotate it. You're responsible for activity under your key.
Your channel, your responsibility
The bot speaks in your channel under a Twitch account you authorize. You remain responsible for your channel's compliance with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. VXBER discloses itself to viewers as an AI, filters its own output, and gives you a silence switch — but it speaks live, and you're the moderator of your room.
Acceptable use
- Don't use VXBER to harass, deceive, or spam anyone.
- Don't attempt to access other customers' data or probe the service's isolation.
- Don't try to make the bot produce content that violates Twitch policy or law.
We can suspend or end access for abuse.
Pricing
Plan prices shown during the beta are indicative. You won't be charged anything during the beta unless we've agreed otherwise with you directly, and paid billing will only ever start with clear notice.
Ending things
You can stop any time — delete your bot (which deletes its data) or ask us to remove your account. We can end or pause the beta, or your access to it, with notice where practical.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VXBER is provided without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for anything arising from the beta is capped at the amount you've paid us for it (during a free beta: zero).
